

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters; Gwen Woodhouse (Tim), Shelley Craig, and Cheryl Misztal (John); her granddaughter Megan Woodhouse Link (Ryan); and her great-granddaughter Emery Link. She is also survived by her siblings: Anne Keller, Lorne Wenarchuk, and Wayne Wenarchuk
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Wilfred Craig; her son Gary Craig; her parents Alice and Steve Wenarchuk; her brothers Edward and Alvin Wenarchuk.
Victoria was born in Lucky Lake, Saskatchewan, and grew up on a farm near Stenen, Saskatchewan. She later married Wilfred Craig, and together they built a life rooted in hard work and family. They owned and operated Craig’s Furniture and Grocery Store in the small town of Lintlaw, Saskatchewan.
In time, they moved to Calgary, Alberta, where they both worked in a grocery store before eventually settling in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. There, they built their home and raised their family, creating many lasting memories.
Victoria had a deep love for gardening and took great pride in canning the vegetables she grew. She was known for her delicious homemade Ukrainian cooking, especially her borscht, perogies, and cabbage rolls. Her pies were a family favourite and will always be remembered. She also cherished her Bible study time with friends and enjoyed playing cards.
Victoria will be remembered as a kind, gentle, and generous soul who always put her family first. Her love, warmth, and quiet strength touched everyone who knew her.
She will forever live in our hearts and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She was truly an angel.
A private interment will be held at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
