William Edward (Bill) Heald passed away peacefully on December 6, 2013 at the Wentworth Manor. Bill was born in Toronto and worked for National Trust in Toronto for many years before being transferred to Calgary. He then worked for the Progressive Conservative Party of Alberta in charge of all financial situations and hence earned the name “Billy Big Bucks”. He was highly regarded in the party and worked for Premiers Peter Lougheed, Don Getty and Ralph Klein.
Bill is survived by his loving wife Rosemary, son David (Leigh), grandchildren Patrick (Lacey), Daniel (Sara) and Kimberly, one great grandson, Nash as well as one sister, Emily Neil of Lindsay, Ontario. Bill was predeceased by his daughter Lisa, his brother Fred and his sisters Gladys, Phyllis and Dorothy.

At Bill’s request no formal service will be held. A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held at a later date.
