Today I was saddened to hear that Yuhin had succombed to cancer.He was indeed a true gentleman,and I enjoyed the years I spent working with him.A person of integrity in the business world Yuhin was an honest,and kind individual,and a proud loving father and husband.

It was with great sadness that I heard of Yuhin's passing. As a teacher I remember him as a highly positive and charming young man. When we encountered each other later in our careers, he was the ultimate gentleman with the greatest sense of humor. I know how much he loved his family from the stories he often shared with me. Know that my thoughts are with you and my sincerest wishes of condolence go out to you all.

Tammy,  I'm SO sorry I was unable to be there for Yuhin's service!  It is only now that I've been able to post something to express my sadness at such a loss.  I've been with Big Mountain 11 years now and the loss of Yuhin has left a huge hole in my work day.  Take comfort that there is no more pain, discomfort, doctors, needles or tests for him.  He is resting peacefully (likely a golf club in hand) and he knows in his heart that you are able to be strong for your children.  Take good care Tammy, swing by and say hello sometime.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Everyone who met Yuhin was immediately a friend of his, and you couldn't help but reciprocate.  He made each friend feel special and unique.  My special memory of Yuhin is of his generosity.  You see, I'm a bit compulsive collecting golf balls from various golf courses.  Of course Yuhin was bound to find out about this as he was sure to invite me to Country Hills several times a year.  Every time he came back from a vacation he had another golf ball for my collection.  Of course this wasn't good enough for Yuhin; he also started me on my collection of bag tags from all the different courses he visited in Arizona or Hawaii.  He even took the time to dig through his golf balls at home to find me not one, but two golf balls from Country Hills - as Country Hills had stopped producing logo'd balls.

So generous.  So genuine and so going to be missed.

Tammie, there are no words to properly express the sadness in my heart when I heard of the passing of Yuhin.  You know first-hand how good a man he was. Condolences to the Kwan family.  My heart sank when I  learnt  of  Yuhin's passing.  He will be truly missed.  I have very fond memories of our dragon boat days together and our after practice eats! He was also a great supporter of CDBC after he retired from the sport,  he was such a generous man.  Yuhin may your soul be blessed and may you rest in peace.

We met Yuhin through Big Mountain and had a chance to get to know him personally.  His generosity, optimism, kindness, and love for life will always remain with us.  He was most supportive of students in their athletic endeavours. Please accept my sincere condolences for your enormous loss. Though I didn't know Yuhin nearly as well as many of you, we did take some classes together in high school and the overall feeling of Yuhin has stayed with me. He exuded energy, enthusiasm, joy, and kindness. His big bright smile always lit up the room. Even when I saw him at our last reunion in the fall of 2011 you couldn't tell he was ill. I would imagine he fought the cancer with all the energy and positive attitude he had carried with him when I knew him. Though his time with us was way too short, his life was lived well and not squandered. We were all truly blessed to have been touched in some way by his presence. May you all find comfort in the memories of the wonderful times we've had with Yuhin. He will not be forgotten. You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this sad and difficult time.
