I am saddened to hear of Yvonne's passing. It was a privilege to have gotten to know Yvonne and her family. She always thought of others before herself. Each time I saw her, I could see the courage and strength she had.

I'm so saddened to hear of Yvonne's passing.  She was a wonderful person who thought of others before herself.  And she was a great friend.  I can't imagine the sadness that her family is experiencing but I know they are strong and have each other to lean on.
Yvonne loved her family more than anything and she was so proud of Vincent for all that he accomplished.  
I'll always remember Yvonne's smile and her laugh.  I'll think of her often as I always do.
Yvonne I will miss you.

The entire family is so saddened by the departure of our beloved daughter, Man Lai, but she had left us with a glowing legacy of an endless smile in our heart.   She was always been very kind and cheerful to people, especially kids.  She will be dearly remembered and her spirit will be with us always!

The staff and clients of YADS were very sorry to hear of Yvonne's passing. She touched each of us and we will miss her.

I was out of town and back to Canada Sunday evening. It is absoutly a heart broken bad news for me and I am not able to face the truth. I just like a turtble and afraid to deal with it.There is a hole in my heart and I don't know when can it be filled. I am speechless as the loss is beyond words to say. I can only tell how deep is my heart aches and broken heart. That take time for me to heal but I don't know how long ……… just a empty heart and can never be filled !!!!

It was a privelege for me to be a part of Yvonne's family. It was amazing to see so much personal strength and courage in a family who managed to stay together through so much adversity, selflessly giving of themselves to ensure wellbeing of their loved one. Felix, it is encouraging to have witnessed your attentiveness, loyalty, and devotion to ensure your Partner's safety and well-being. Yvonne, whose body was failing her, often in very painful ways, managed to stay gracious and grateful. Even in pain, exhaustion, and frustration, she exhuded a deep sence of joy, peace, and love for others. I am honoured by the opportunity to be a part of her life experience.

 When I think of Yvonne, this part of Scripture comes to mind: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
