GEOFFREY, Chloe Geraldine passed away peacefully in the arms of her family on Saturday October 22nd, 2016. Although Chloe's time here was far too brief, she was loved deeply by family and friends. Her tiny footprints have made permanent imprints on our hearts. Chloe will be forever remembered by her parent’s Bryan & Summer Geoffrey, grandparent’s Sonia & Mary Geoffrey and Drew & Peggy Martin and her twin brother Noah. Chloe’s twin brother, Noah will forever have an angel watching over him. In celebration of Chloe's life we will be having a private funeral on Tuesday October 25th, 2016. In lieu of flowers, donations to either the McMaster NICU (www.mcmasterchildrenshospital.ca) or the Hamilton Ronald McDonald House Charity (www.rmhhamilton.ca) in Chloe's name would be greatly appreciated by the family.
