It is with great sadness, we announce his passing on February 2, 2013, in Cambridge at the age of 85. Survived by his wife of 63 years, Ellen and daughters Lindy Lou Dawson (Cleve) and Lori Lynn Hilker (Paul). He will be lovingly remembered by grandchildren Josh, Calla, Bri, and Zack Dawson and Jesse, Jacob, and Joel Hilker and Great-Granddaughter Kaydance Lily Peterson. Also mourned by his sisters Marlene Thompson and Doreen Collins (James). Predeceased by brothers Earl, Harold, and sister Marge. Glen was the long time owner of Glen’s Autobody on Hewat St. and member of Trillium United Church.
Friends are invited to call upon the Family at BARTHEL FUNERAL HOME, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Wednesday, February 6th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Trillium United Church, 450 King Street East, Cambridge on Thursday, February 7th at 11 a.m. If desired, donations to the Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
