“I, Joanne Gibson, have left this world for another and say so long, goodbye to my three children: James, Jackie, and Jeffrey (Lisa), and my three grandchildren: Taylor, Ethan, and Kaitlin. My life has been short and not without incidences. I do not regret a moment of my life on this earth, and I cherish the family I have. Love and farewell, ‘til we meet again.”
Joanne was predeceased by her husband of over 50 years, Ken Gibson. She was a smart, strong, and no-nonsense person who loved to travel, camp, read, and work on her jigsaw puzzles. She will be missed. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Those who wish to express their sympathy may make a donation in Joanne’s memory to the Canadian Lung Association.
