With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of John Lloyd Bouskill on January 31, 2016, only one week before his 26th birthday. John was an ambitious, funny, and creative guy with an infectious smile and a big personality. His laugh was contagious, his talent knew no bounds, and he had the warmest and most welcoming spirit you ever knew. He will be remembered for his passion, his generosity, and his cheerful and vibrant demeanor. John had the kind of spark the world needs. He brought a warmth that was a blessing even to acquaintances. More people should have had a chance to experience that blessing. Left behind to cherish his memory are his parents John and Doreen Bouskill, grandparents John and Donna Bouskill, sister Kelly, adoring partner Luke Wilden, all his uncles, aunts, and cousins from the Fairbairn family, Bouskill family, and his extended English (Wilden) family, as well as numerous friends. John was predeceased by his Uncle Andy, Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa Lee, and Grandma and Grandpa Fairbairn. As per his wishes, John has donated his organs and cremation has taken place. Friends and relatives are invited to a visitation at Barthel Funeral Home (566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, Ontario 519-653-3251) on Saturday, February 6, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. There will be a short service of prayers and reflection at the end of the evening visitation. A celebration of John’s life and birthday will be held at The Pines (115 Fountain Street S. Cambridge, Ontario) on Sunday, February 7, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Humane Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated. John, we miss you, and you will always be in our hearts.
