Comeau, Joseph Leo: Peacefully, with his family present at his side, on his 63rd birthday, Thursday, February 3rd, 2011, at the Toronto East General Hospital. Predeceased by his Father Leo (1986), Mother Emily (1999), and brothers Paul (1997), and Delbe (2006). Survived by sisters, Doris and her husband Denny Bea (Wallaceburg), Esther and her husband Larry Caldwell (Cambridge), and brothers Leonard and his wife Lois, of Cambridge, and Edward of Bancroft. Joseph will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Joseph moved from Meteghan, Nova Scotia, with his parents and brother Paul, to Galt (Cambridge) in 1962. Joseph resided in Toronto for the last thirty years, where he had been employed as a truck driver. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge. In keeping with Joe’s wishes, cremation has taken place, followed by a memorial service for the family.
