(Life Member of Preston Lodge, No. 297, A.F & A.M.) Died at Cambridge, Ontario on Wednesday April 27, 2011 in his 93rd year. Predeceased by his loving wife Yvonne Audrey(MacDonald) Hoffman(2002) and parents Henry and Lillian Hoffman. Dear brother of Winnifred Horton and Jeanette Goodall. He was also predeceased by sisters Eileen, Ruth and brother Donald. He was a World War II Veteran and Member of Mocha Shrine. Cremation has taken place. At Mr. Hoffman’s request there will be no visitation. A private family graveside service will be held. A special thank you to all the staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital 3 South.
