I've been thinking about Ruby a lot lately and just came to realize my dear friend co worker has passed away. So sorry to hear this. She was truly a wonderful lady.

So sad to hear of Ruby's passing! Many years ago, as children, The Pynn family and the Sweeney Family came into each others' lives and we grew up together in The Church Lane on Bell Island.
We spent all our  childhood years together playing in the Beach School meadow and in the summers on Salmonier Line. 
Those were fun and happy years.  I visited her in her home in Cambridge and I would take my children to swim in her pool.
She loved having us visit!
I last saw her at Frank Skanes's funeral, with Mrs Sweeney and Sis! I'm so happy I got to see her then after many years.
To her Husband, Walter and their 2 children I send my love and wish them only happy memories of their lives together! The sadness of her lose will last a long time!

Walter, Cora and Trevor, I am so sorry to hear of Ruby's passing. I have many memories, especially of sitting around the table having a good gab session.Ruby was a very wonderful and special person. Rebecca and Bradley have asked me to extend their condolences.

Ruby, you were always there for a cup of tea and a talk whenever I made it home to Cambridge from the north.  I missed those teas more than you know at times after mom and dad passed and I didn't come back as often.  Love and hugs to each you Walter, Cora and Trevor, although I have not seen you for many years it is not that you are not thought of often. Wish I could make it home to be with you, more than you will ever realize, but know in thought and prayer I will be.  Love Deb
