Passed away peacefully in his sleep at Golden Years Nursing Home Cambridge, Ontario on Monday September 5, 2011 at age 85. Predeceased by his wife Della. He will be greatly missed by son Wayne (Terry). Nephews Robert Anthony, Jim (Angela) Marczak and John (Eva) Marczak. Bill practiced as a Lawyer in Preston for 55 years before retiring. He was a long time member of the Kinsmen and Rotary Clubs, Knights of Columbus and Royal Canadian Legion Branch 126 (Preston). Special thank you to all the staff at Golden Years Nursing Home for their wonderful care and genuine concern. Cremation and interment has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or Golden Years Nursing Home. Arrangements entrusted to Barthel Funeral Home, Cambridge (519-653-3251).
