Barbara was born on April 23, 1949, in Campbellton, NB, to the late Hector Coutange and the late Thelma Charlong.
She is survived by her children, Sebastien (Mary Ann), Wendy (Ghislaine) and Rhea. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kayla, Yvan, Brandon and Meaghan; her great-grandchildren, Stella Mae and Harper. She is also survived by her brothers Hector and Ralph (Noella) and her sister Nancy. also her nephews and nieces. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her 2 sisters Yvonne and Jean.
A Graveside Service will be held at Our-lady-of-Snows Cemetery on November 20th at 2:00pm
