Je suis tellement désolée d'apprendre cette triste nouvelle. Billy aura toujours une place de choix dans mon cur. Je n'ai que de bons souvenirs qui me viennent à l'esprit lorsque Whayde et moi allions à Matapédia. C'était un homme très attachant et d'une grande générosité. Un homme de cur que tout le monde aimait et respectait.Il va créer un grand vide à Matapédia.
