Born in New Mills, NB, on December 10th, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Mary Welsh, both of NS.
Elva is survived by her children; Wayne, Wilmalee, Cathy, Joanne, Tracy and Darren, her sister; Myrtle, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, as well as many loving friends and family. Aside her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter; Kimberly, brothers; John and Austin, and sisters; Jessie, Mary, Eunice and Ada.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the wonderful staff of the Campbellton Nursing Home for the excellent care and love for Elva.
There will be no visitation or service.
