Gilbert was born on August 30, 1972 in Campbellton, NB to Terry Leclair and the late Lorraine Mercier.
Gilbert was a gentle soul who, in his younger years, enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors. He held a special place in many people's heart.
He is survived by his father Terry, his daughter Amy Lynn, his sister Debbie (Gerry) and Nathalie Beaulieu (mother of Amy Lynn) and was predeceased by his mom Lorraine.
He will sadly be missed by his Family and Friends
