Jeffery Noel Murray

Jeffery was born on January 4, 1971, in Maria, QC. Son of Lawrence Murray and Amanda (Boudreau) Murray.

Jeffery was well known as a talented finish carpenter, though he developed expertise in many other fields. In his early twenties, he began working as a mechanic with his father at Midas Muffler. After a few years, wanting to spread his wings, he left for Northern Albert to work for a logging company named BTL Wood Enterprise. His occupation was mechanic in the winter and kept on as a Carpenter for the summer. Through this company, he not only found meaningful work, but also formed lasting friendships which ultimately led him to relocate to Spruce Grove, Alberta, where he made his home. His work life continued as their shop foreman and heavy-duty mechanic with their new company, TCM Transport. In recent years, Jeff was recommended and hired by Western Canadian Spills, where he managed the maintenance of the company's fleet and oil spill equipment. Jeff’s skills were very versatile, and he was known as a reliable, hard-working individual.

In his spare time, Jeff loved to keep his truck sparkling clean and took great pride in maintaining his lawn and yard. He was meticulous in everything he did. He enjoyed snowmobiling, camping, dancing, and simply having a good time and spreading joy to those around him. He will be deeply missed by his immediate and extended family as well as his dear friends.

Besides his parents, Lawrence and Amanda, he is survived by his sister, Shelly Lurette (Michel), his nephews Derek (Alexandra) and Jason (Cloé), along with his great-niece, Elia.

The family wishes to thank the wonderful team at the Campbellton Regional Hospital.

A funeral service for Jeffery will be held on Thursday, April 9, at 3:00 pm at Maher’s Funeral Chapel, 64 Lansdowne Street in Campbellton.

Visitations will be held at Maher's Funeral Chapel, 64 Lansdowne St., Campbellton, on Thursday from 1:30 pm until the time of the service.
