Mary Jean was born on August 7, 1933 in Listuguj, QC to the late Joseph Martin and the late Suzanne Caplin.
Mary Jean was known by all that knew her as (Auntie Jean). Her kindness and thoughtfulness were felt by everyone. She enjoyed helping others and was always ready to volunteer her time by cooking her famous meals. She loved making quilts and playing bingo with her friends. Auntie Jean is survived by her 2 sisters Millie and Lily and many nieces and nephews. Auntie Jean lived a full and warm life filled with joy. She will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.
A Funeral Mass for Mary Jean will be held at the St. Annes temporary Chapel in Listuguj on Saturday, August 31 at 2:00 pm.
