Stanley was born on August 24, 1956, in Petawawa, ON to the late Arthur Lock and the late Sheila Duff and son-in-law to the late Arnesto and Katie Piva.
He was predeceased by his brother Kevan (Debbie), sister Angie. Brother-in-law to Dave (late Louann) Piva, Rob (Susanne) Piva, Mary-Ann (Ron) Verkuyl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Stan was also a father figure to many, and he was truly loved by many.
Stan worked as a sailor for Upper Lakes shipping until his retirement in 2012.
Respecting the family’s wishes, there will be no funeral service and no visitation at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
