He was born on January 3rd 1962 in Campbellton, NB to the late William Moores and the late Florence Mary Harding-Moores.
He is survived by his children Cole and Cady, and by his four grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Dana, Gary and Terry. And by his sisters Judy, Carol and Shelly.
Todd was known for his kindness, compassion and willingness to help others.
As per his wishes, there will be no funeral; he will be cremated and his ashes will be scattered.
