She attended the Garrison High School in Garrison, Texas.
Bessie also preceded in deaths 5 brothers and two sisters.
On march 19, 2025 Bessie departed this life in Carrollton, Texas.
She leaves to cherish her memories to her sister Evangelist Bertha Kirkpatrick and 3 brothers, Stanley, Benford, and Willie Hooper all of Nacogdoches, Texas. Nieces, and Nephews and first cousins, sisters in-laws, and brother in-laws, the Shelfields family, and host friends.
A celebration of life for Bessie Mae Hooper will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025 at Noon. Location Word Aflame Church, 2405 E. Belt Line Rd., Carrollton, Texas 75006.
