Kaye Prince

Kaye Prince, a faithful servant to her Lord, traded her time on this earth for her eternity in Heaven, on Thursday, April 16, 2020. Born November 2, 1948 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma to the late Kenneth and Eileen Williams, she worked as a receptionist at Valley View Hospital, until she married Vic Prince and they moved to Overland Park, Kansas. There, Kaye worked for an ENT as a receptionist, until her most important job…becoming a mom in 1976. The family moved to Arlington, TX in 1979.

Kaye worked at Dunn Elementary as a Lunch Monitor until Andrea was out of Elementary school. She then began as a medical receptionist for Family Healthcare from 1987-1999. In 2000, she began working for a Neurosurgeon as a medical receptionist/Office Manager until she retired in 2007.

Kaye was only 4'8” but her heart was the size of Texas !! As a member of Pleasantview Baptist Church, she was a dedicated servant. You would always find her in the kitchen helping with meals for any occasion, or at the Visitors booth greeting everyone with a smile. If you were sick or in the hospital, she was there to keep you company or hold your hand. She was always first in line to volunteer for anyone in need.

Kaye will be buried in a private ceremony at the Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery. A public memorial service will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Benevolence Fund at Pleasantview Baptist Church, to help their members affected by Covid-19.

Those that were waiting to greet her in Heaven included her Mom and Dad and Sister, Lawana Sullivan.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, Vic; their daughter and son-in-law Andrea and James Wyrick of New Boston, Texas; Brother: Roy Williams and wife, Marilyn of Claremore, OK, Grandchildren: Chris Wyrick wife Emily Wyrick of Tacoma, Washington, Alyssa Dills of Hooks, Texas, Aaryn Smith of Mansfield, Texas and Brittney Thompson and husband Lane Thompson of New Boston, Texas. They will forever miss their "Nana Banana". She was blessed from her Grandkids with 16 Great Grands, numerous nieces and nephews, and friends too numerous to mention.
