SELLS — Andrew A. Miguel Jr., 46, of Phoenix died on April 15, 2013, at Phoenix Baptist Hospital.Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 7 p.m. Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church by the Rev. Ponchie Vasquez. A wake will follow. Burial will be early Saturday in St. Mary Cemetery.Mr. Miguel was born on June 13, 1966, in Phoenix. He was a roofer.Survivors include two sons, Andrew Miguel III and Gabriel Miguel of Phoenix; a daughter, Kathleen Miguel of Phoenix; his father, Andrew A. Miguel Sr. of Phoenix; and three sisters, Avis Blake, Matilda Miguel-Charles and Andrea Escandon, all of Phoenix. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rachel Smith.J.
