ARIZONA CITY - Beatrice Ethel Kelley, 77, of Arizona City died on Sept. 9, 2016, at home.Mrs. Kelley was born on June 23, 1939, in Los Angeles County, California, to Ralph Dickinson and Willie Steppick.She is survived by a daughter, Angela Leonard, and several grandchildren.
