Born and raised in southern California, she relocated to Washington State where she created a large network of extended family and close friends. Cynthia loved animals, music, dancing and the Seahawks. She always looked forward to long weekends in Port Townsend with her mother.
Cynthia is preceded in death by her father, Thomas L Papich, and son Bryan Papich.
She is survived by her mother Eleanore, and niece Danielle both of Casa Grande, AZ and sister Catherine of Crescent City, CA.
Cynthia has touched so many lives and will be loved and missed by all that knew her. She is now free, and dancing with the angels.
