ELOY — Floy Mae Prock, 90, of Eloy died on Oct. 2, 2011, at Hospice Family Care in Casa Grande.Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Valley Chapel. The funeral will follow at 10, with Chaplain Jim Young officiating. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park.Mrs. Prock was born on Jan. 3, 1921, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Robert and Leona Powell. She moved to Eloy in 1940, and it was her home after that. In her younger years, she enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping, In her golden years she enjoyed buffets at Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino Resort and Mexican food at Mi Amigo Ricardo in Casa Grande. She enjoyed being a homemaker and keeping an immaculate house.Survivors include two sons, Wilbert Prock of Casa Grande and Danny Prock of Dewey; a daughter, Pat Sterkenburg of Prescott; a brother, Dennis Powell of Casa Grande; a sister, Dorothy Thompson of Belen, N.M.; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a baby daughter, Linda Prock; two sons, Vernon and Kenneth Prock; three sisters, Bonnie, Margie and Lavada Powell; and two brothers, Charles and Houston Powell.Memorial contributions may be made in her name to: Hospice Family Care, 950 N.
