Mildred Lorraine Robinson Reed

Mildred Lorraine Robinson Reed age 69 went home to the Lord August 13, 2018.Born in Mobile Alabama, a retired hairdresser she continued her artistic talent by jewelry making, drawing, painting and numerous other creative hobbies. She spent a majority of her life in Alabama but followed her daughter Lacy to Oregon in 2003 with her husband Jack, brother Joel and her two cats (Smokey and Tiger). She was well known for her kind heart, gentle loving nature and the positivity she brought to everyone around her. She brightened our world with creativity, expression and color. She always found ways to bring people together. She planted a garden for her neighbors, held community barbecues, sold custom jewelry to friends and family and put up a small playground for the kids in her apartment complex.Despite having very little and enduring much hardship she would trade anything she had for a smile. She was always able to find happiness and positivity in anything and everything. She remained a guiding light, a friend, and confidante umungst her family and friends and exuded unconditional love for everyone she ever met.She will be missed dearly but we feel blessed to have had her in our lives even though it felt like such a short time. Her memory will flourish through the love, strength and kindness she instilled in all of us. She is Survived by her daughter Lacy Qualls (Randy Qualls),grandsons James Qualls (fiance’ Dazhean Hampton),Aaron Qualls.A brother Donald Robinson (Rhonda Robinson);Nieces and Nephews Don Robinson, Dorothy Robinson, Kevin Robinson, Natasha Lang, John Robinson, Betty Robinson, Cameo Haynes, Vern Robinson Jr. Preceded by her Mother Bessie Grey Buxton of Claire MS, Father John Robinson of Mobile AL. Brothers Richard Oswald Robinson, Vernon Schultz Robinson, Joel Benjamin Robinson, Sister Jewel Dean Lang. Niece Tracy L Peterson.
