QUEEN CREEK - Rachel Marie West-Thornton, 36, of Queen Creek died at home on May 4, 2017.Ms. West-Thornton was born on May 11, 1980, in Pontiac, Michigan, to Robert and Esperanza "Hope" (Solis) West. She was a senior program director for the Queen Creek Parks and Recreation Department.Survivors include three sons and a daughter, Tristan and Rhiann Washington, Trevian and Martez Thornton of Queen Creek; her mother, of Queen Creek; her father, of Las Vegas; a sister, Yvonne Perez of Casa Grande; and her former husband, David D. Thornton of Queen Creek.Celebration of life from 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday, May 11, at J. Warren Funeral Services, Memory Gardens in Casa Grande
