Rosalie A. Molina, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 76. She was born in San Xavier on November 27, 1948, to Angelita Havier and Andrew Norris.
Rosalie had a profound love for helping others and was known for her compassionate nature. She dedicated 20 years of her life as a cook for the Gila River Indian Community at the Residual Youth Home, where she touched the lives of many. Her love for animals, especially cats, reflected her caring spirit. Rosalie enjoyed taking drives to visit loved ones near and far. She found joy in watching television, working through puzzle books, and listening to various kinds of music. Her favorite flower was the rose.
Rosalie is survived by her significant other of 27 years, Arnold Thomas; her children, Frank Molina of San Carlos, Patrick Molina of Komatke, and Victoria Paul of Stotonic; her siblings, Louis Norris of South Komelik, Marcella Celaya, and Sandra Norris of Vamori; as well as 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Cecil Molina, her son Frederick Molina, and her siblings Leo Norris, Edward Norris, and Angelina Carlos.
