On February 26, 2012, Hazel Adams Libertini, loving wife of the late Louis J. Libertini. Mother of Karen Phillips. Sister of Carol Sue Potter. Sister-in-law of Mary E. Adams. Grandmother of Debra Jones. Great-Grandmother of Tyler Jones and Blake Jones. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Family will receive friends at Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Ave., Catonsville, MD 21228 on Wednesday from 4 to 8pm, where services will be held at 7pm. Interment will take place at Roselawn Cemetery in West Virginia at a later date.
