Dorothy F Peterson

Dorothy was born to Robert and Dorothy Schenk on January 9, 1947, in Evanston, Illinois. She graduated from Maine West High School, Des Plaines, Illinois in 1965. In 1969 she welcomed her only child Renee, fulfilling her dream of becoming a mother. In 1982 they moved to Centralia, Washington with her husband Michael. Dorothy took care of Michael during his illness, until his passing in September of 1992. In May 2000, she married her loving husband Charles 'Pete' Peterson at Cooks Hill Community Church, having her beautiful church wedding.

She leaves behind Charles 'Pete', her husband of 24 years; daughter Renee A. Smith; sisters Lydia, Roberta, and Joan; and bothers John and Bill.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Michael G. Fasano; and sister Anna.

Dorothy enjoyed cooking, crafts, and keeping a warm and welcoming home. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
