Frances Margaret Neville

Frances Margaret (Rosauer) Neville joined her husband in heaven on Jan. 17, 2014. She was the matriarch that kept our family close together for over 65 years. She peacefully joined the angels, while surrounded by her daughters, through whom her legacy will live on.

Frances was born May 12, 1924 in Iowa and later moved to California, where she met the love of her life. She married Martin L. Neville and together they raised six daughters and created a wonderful life full of love. After 61 years of marriage, Marty preceded her to heaven on Sept. 1, 2009. She is the loving mother, of Linda (Jerry) Deaver, Jeanie (Jerry) Marquez, Kathy (Steve) Snell, Rebecca (Everett) Martin, Sharon (Fred) Coker, all of Chehalis, Donna (Rick) Peckham of Tehachapi, Calif. She is the Cherished grandmother of 15 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.

As the second oldest of 14, she is the treasured sister that leaves behind five sisters; one brother; and the adored aunt of numerous nieces and nephews.

Rosary at 10:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. on Jan. 31, 2014 at St. Joseph Church, where she was an active member.
