Jonathan cherished spending his free time with his daughters. They enjoyed going to movies, attending the children’s events and most of all taking his kids to see their grandparents. His children were the core focus in his life. He always felt like they helped him as much as he was able to help them.
Jonathan was known for his big personality, specifically his authenticity and sense of humor. He had the type of charisma you did not forget. His personality was an asset to him as he spent the majority of his career in customer service and sales. Although, he had some health issues in his life, beginning with an open heart surgery at three years old, he always stayed positive and resilient. He did not let obstacles get in the way of being there for his family and loved ones, even staying local, to be of service to his parents. Jonathan had a big generous heart and was known to be kind and giving.
Jonathon was a car enthusiast and loved working on them. He had a passion for Hondas and Cadillac’s, but his favorite was his 1979 Monte Carlo, which he had for many years. This show car was well known locally.
Jonathon is survived by his parents Carmen and Rene Rangel; His children Rosie, Cece and Liliana Rangel; His Brothers Rene, Erick and Ruben Rangel. He also is being remembered by many nieces, nephews and other children that knew him as dad.
