Victoria June Masters-Koehn passed away Monday, October 17 at her home. Victoria was a Lewis County resident for 16 years before moving to Skagit County 5 months ago. Vicky was an "Army Brat" living in TX, GA, CO, WA, and Bremerhaven, Germany. Vicky was a cheerful, bubbly, person who loved spending time with children and children loved her. She was a fearless person never meeting a stranger. Her outgoing personality and love for people will be deeply missed.
