Cheryl is survived by her children, Danielle Stoddard, of Covington, Tennessee, and Carson Miller, of York, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by her father, Richard G. Whittier Sr.; and her siblings, Cynthia G. Salvo (Robert), Ronald G. Whittier (Cathy), and Richard G. Whittier Jr. (Tina).
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Ann E. Whittier, and her brother, Robert G. Whittier.
Cheryl had a wonderfully quirky sense of humor that could lighten any room. Her deep love for animals guided her into meaningful work at a veterinarian's office, where she found joy in caring for creatures great and small. Her passion for reading and literature led her into the world of publishing, where she served as a magazine editor in New York City and later contributed her talents to a small newspaper in Cameron, South Carolina.
Memorial Service will be held in the Arlington Baptist Church Chapel on December 7th, 2025 at 3:00pm.
