He was born on May 30th, 1945, in Reading, PA to the late Winnifred and Edmund Manwiller.
Dale graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and Master’s Degrees from Johns Hopkins University and George Washington University.
He had a lengthy career at the NSA and the United States Air Force, retiring as a Colonel.
Dale's hobbies included long walks with his dog Tucker, spending time with his wife, family and 8 grandchildren, traveling the world, and cooking meals for the family: especially barbecues and crab feasts.
Surviving are his spouse, Kathleen Manwiller, children, Jeff Manwiller, Kevin Manwiller and Kathryn Perry, daughter In laws, Trissie Manwiller and Cortney Manwiller and son in law, Edward Perry; Grandchildren, Austin, Caden, Eva, Taryn, Cora, Finnegan, Carson and Ainsley.
In honor of Dale's military career and love of country, he will be laid to rest in Arlington National Cemetery.
