Haylee Christine Hilton

She was born in Charlotte, NC on August 2, 1995. Haylee was a 2013 graduate of Independence High School and had attended Kings College and CPCC Matthews. She was employed with Keffer Hyundai of Matthews and recently at Scott Clark Honda of Matthews.

Haylee loved her family and had enjoyed attending services at Elevation Church in Matthews. She was able to enjoy a recent trip to Crowder Mountain with her brother Jeff where they took their dogs, Beau and Lilly, along with them. Haylee always enjoyed spending time and going shopping with her sister, Ashlee. She loved having bon fires with family and friends, beach trips to Garden City and Myrtle Beach.

Haylee was an encouraging and supportive sister to brother Jeffrey and sister Ashlee. She always had a smile on her face and was an absolute joy to know.

She is survived by her parents, Jeffrey and Lori Coan Hilton; brother Jeffrey; sister, Ashlee; grandparents, Susan Hilton, Mac Hilton and Micahel and Christine Coan; aunt and uncle, Angela and Steve Poulas; cousins, Alex and Nicolaus Poulas; aunt and uncle, Amy and Mike Mefford; cousins, Taylor and Sydney Mefford; special friends, Ariana Looney, Maggie Wade, Miranda Hyman, and Alexa Myers; and her beloved puppy, Beau.

Visitation will be held from eleven until one o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, the 29th of March, 2016 at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227. A Celebration of Life Service will immediately follow at one o’clock.

Interment will follow at Sharon Memorial Park.
