TBT not sure which year this is from?...It took us a while to bond but once we did we found we found so much to talk about. I didn't see you often but valued our friendship very much. I've spent a lot of time reminiscing over the last few days about our high school years... We had so much fun together and got into a lot of trouble together too!!! We were like sisters and rarely ever did you see one of us without the other. Our dreams for our lives were different... I wanted to get married and be a mama, you wanted to go to school and travel the world... We grew apart but the memories have never left my heart. So many times I've thought about how I would love for us to get together and catch up on life. We live each day thinking that we've got a whole life left to live to do all these important things, but in reality, we should be living each day as if it were our last...RIP my beautiful friend... Until we meet again!!!  July 8

So sorry to hear about Heather. Great memories of her in first grade at Oakboro School - sweet, smart, beautiful, and creative - a joy to have in my class. Prayers of peace, comfort, and strength ascending for her family and friends.

We went to Oakboro Elementary and West Stanly together. I always remember her smiling. Gone too soon. May she rest in sweet peace.

My condolences to all the family and friends who have suffered a tremendous loss. I hate the fact that i lost contact with Heather over the years but will forever remember her big heart and bigger smile ! My thoughts n prayers for friends and family now and in the trying times ahead.

My heart aches for the loss of a dear friend and cousin.  We shared deep philosophical discussions, and also laughed at inane comedies.  Lola was a talented artist with an intelligent sense of humor, as well as a great listener with a big heart.  I pray that she is at peace and free of pain in the arms of our Lord and Saviour.

the two of us were growing up together here in the Country... Have great memories of Heather and the short period of time she spent with the West Stanly Players. I was blessed to know Heather as a sorority sister. In college she shared her many talents willingly with us bringing many trophies and cheers. She was an amazing artist and choreographer that always blew everyone's minds with the amazing things she would put together. She always put her heart and soul into every project she started. I will pray for strength for your family.

Although Heather & I lost touch after West Stanly, I've always remembered her fondly from our days in elementary and high school together. May she rest in peace and her family find strength during this difficult time.

To June and all of Heather's family, this is such a tremendous loss and my heart goes out to you.  Heather was so giving and beautifully talented in so many ways.  I have a lot of wonderful memories of her from our College years.   My sympathy and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

I am truly sorry for your loss.  Heather brought a smile to my face every morning on our sorority floor!!  I remember staying up until the wee hours of the night putting together a huge wire chicken and stuffing it with tissue paper for homecoming!  She was a great friend and I will miss her very much!

I am truly sorry for this tragic loss. Although I have not spoken with Heather in years, this loss in none the less agonizing. Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this time. I pray that you find peace and comfront in the days to come.

Although we had lost touch over the years, I never forgot how much Heather meant to me. She was a great friend with a huge heart. My sincere condolences to all of her family.
