Louise C. Keller

A memorial service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at McEwen – Mint Hill Chapel with Minister W. Gill Hollis officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Keller was born September 30, 1911 in Franklin County, NC, the daughter of the late Herbert Lewis Collins and Elizabeth Sheron Collins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Ruth Pleasants Markham; her husband, Walter Keller; siblings, L.W. Collins, A.C. Collins, Edward Collins, Cornelia Collins, and Mary Lou Collins; and by her grandson, Tim Pleasants.

Mrs. Keller is survived by two sons, Bill Pleasants, Sr. and Bob Pleasants, both of Charlotte; ten grandchildren, Dan Markham, Sandra Stevens, Tony Pleasants, Mike Pleasants, Darlene Pleasants Brown, Bill Pleasants, Jr., Ruth Pleasants Edwards, Ruth Pleasants - Morgan, Clint Pleasants, and Cynthia Pleasants – Scott; twenty-five great grandchildren; and by four great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the American Heart Association, 222 S. Church St., Ste. 303, Charlotte, NC 28202.
