Louise was born August 29, 1963, in Huntsville, Alabama, and was a graduate of Johnson High School. She was an educator at Lebanon Road Elementary School in Charlotte. Louise had a passion for gardening, cross stitching, cooking, reading and Starbucks. She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Charles Ruge; and her sister, Elizabeth Marie Ruge.
Louise is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Mark Donald Stueck; her three children, Charron Ursula Alvord and her husband, Mark Daniel Alvord, Bryan Scott Stueck and Kevin Mark Stueck; her grandson, Rudy Bear Alvord; her mother, Eleanore Kehrle Ruge; and her brother, Herb Steven Ruge.
A celebration of life for Louise will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, February 27, 2022, at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road in Mint Hill, North Carolina. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
