Manuel was a native of Portugal and was preceded in death in December of 2021, by his loving wife, Virginia.
A graveside service will be held 11:30 am Monday, August 1, 2022, at Sunset Memory Gardens, 8901 Lawyers Road, Charlotte, North Carolina 28227.
