

Ronald Lee Peak, Sr. CHARLOTTE - Ronald was born in Louisville, Kentucky on April 15, 1932 and was the son of Harl Anthony Peak and Bertha Nugent Peak. He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He later moved to Charlotte, NC, with family, and lived there for the last 50 years. He worked for the Delmar Corp. for many years as a valued Territory Manager. He also owned a number of rental properties in the Charlotte area. He enjoyed boating, golfing, photography, and outdoor activities. Ronald was a successful man in life and was loved dearly by his family and friends. He will always be remembered as an extraordinary and loving father, and a caring and compassionate person. Ronald is survived by his five children: Ronald L. Peak, Jr., Sherry L. Moore, Duane A. Peak, Gregory J. Peak, and Megan M. Peak; He is also survived by his wife, Marie Peak. Ronald passed away on the morning of Friday, May 3, 2013. A memorial service will be held in his honor at Wilson Grove Baptist Church, 6624 Wilgrove Mint Hill Rd., Mint Hill, NC 28227 on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 2 p.m. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society : P.O.
