Rose Ellen McCall House Shipley, "Rosie", 55, of Gold Hill, NC, formerly of Mint Hill, passed into the arms of her heavenly Father Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem, NC, surrounded by her family.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:30 P.M. Monday, April 4 at McEwen Funeral Service, Mint Hill Chapel, with a graveside service to follow at 3:00 P.M. at Evergreen Burial Park, Mint Hill. The Rev. Jack Hildreth will officiate.
She is survived by her husband, Glenn Shipley; daughters, Amber and Kenzie Shipley; granddaughter, Kolby Whaley; brothers, Sam McCall and Ronnie McCall; sisters, Judy McDonald, Jean Beck Andrzejewski, Frances Philemon, Polly Jackson and Stowe Shockey; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
