Russell graduated from Sun Valley High School in 1974.
He is survived by sisters, Susan Long (Ron) and Janice Price, daughter, Amanda P. Frederick (David) and son, Russell C. Price, grandchildren, Peyton and Corbin Frederick, his long time friend, David Bergesen and numerous cousins.
Russell was predeceased by his parents, Bruce and Margaret Price and sister, Nancy Sifford and husband, Jerry Sifford.
A memorial service for Russell will be held Sunday, June 22, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Charlotte, NC 28227.
