I remember growing up at Mulberry : )  We had so much fun at the Youth Group functions.  It was such a great group of people and we were all friends and enjoyed our time together.  Loved seeing Susan and her family at the homecomings at Mulberry after we were grown up.  Thinking about Ms. Campbell at this time. - Love to all of Susan's family.

Ms Campbell, I was so very sorry and saddened to hear about Susan’s passing-   what a beautiful obituary and tribute to her.   I have so many wonderful memories of growing up with Susan and Linda and MK  and I am so sorry she was taken so early -  your entire family has meant so much to my entire family over the years - When I think back when we were all at Mulberry and all the wonderful fun times and great fellowship- it all just warms my heart. Barbara, I’m so sorry to hear about Susan’s passing. It brings back many memories of happy times growing up around Grandmaw’s. Susan, 4 years younger, would often ride the school bus home with me, and was almost like a little sister. We picked on each other, but we had a special bond. In recent years, I always enjoyed seeing her at church or at the car lot. Once after I had been away for many years, we had not seen each other in a while, and she said “I have a cousin who looks just like you!”. I never knew quite whether she was kidding or not! She was always funny and cheerful no matter what was going on, and I will miss seeing her and hearing her laugh.

We were so sorry to read of Susan's death.    Our sympathy goes out to all her family.  Barbara, we will be thinking of you especially.   May good memories help you through this sad time.   Bill and Dotty Dysard

I was so saddened to hear of Susan’s passing.  I have such fond memories of Susan coming to my salon, and the  hours of endless conversations and laughter we shared .

Susan I will miss you so much. You,Lori ,Pam and me enjoyed the "fun" times we had at Family Dollar. Remember the Halloween contests! Remember the Christmas show! The times Tommy and I ate dinner with you and George. I remember Tyler's wedding . Please take good care of Bug. They loved each other so much. Barbara take good care of Tyler. George you are in our prayers.

Heartbroken to hear you loose someone who you shared childhood memories with. Woodsdale Acres was a great place to grow up in 60-70's. Barbara and Suzan were daily staples Barbara walking and Suzan on her bike. Yeah, that girl new hotrod cars! 

    Susan blessed our neighborhood with her  kindness, smile and laughter.  She  always asked about our children and other family members. She shared her knowledge of  cars with both Garrett and Jake.  Her enthusiasm towards Jake’s  flying career was  so sweet!  She always wanted to know where he was, what type plane he was flying and where he was going next! Not many women knew as much as she did about cars and airplanes!  
      Susan’s complete love of “Bug“ was unbelievable!  He was not only her pet but was her sidekick!  She saved his life and he gave her his heart.  The bond between Susan and Bug was instant.  I loved it when Bug would lay beside her scooter eating on his tree branches or anything else he could find to make her laugh! Bug  and Susan fit  together like peanut butter and jelly!  You never saw one without the other and you loved them both! She was happy neighbor!  She never said a unkind word about anybody!  Susan greatest joy by far was her son!  She loved telling us what he was doing or what he had accomplished!  Tyler continue to dream big for your mother,  she will be watching from above!   Susan, you will be missed greatly on Cresthill Drive!   RIP!

My heart is broken knowing that our street will never again see the image of you on your scooter taking Puggy and Bug for their walks. The street looks empty today.
You will be missed Susan. You left us too soon.
