She was born on July 26, 1925, to Edward and Pinky (White) DeLaney.
Ms. Moser lived in Charlotte until moving to Arcadia, FL, in 1987. In 2003, she returned to Charlotte.
Ms. Moser never met a stranger. She especially loved children. She was a nanny in Arcadia, FL, for thirteen years.
There will be no visitation and no services as per Ms. Moser’s wishes.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Edward DeLaney.
Survivors include her daughter, Tammie Mercer, and her granddaughter, Harmony Davies, both of Charlotte; three nieces, JoAnn Douglas, Jean Fullerton, and Cheri Coleman, all of Arcadia, FL; and her sister-in-law, Hilda DeLaney, Arcadia, FL.
Memorials may be directed to the donor’s favorite charity.
