William Franklin Bailey, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025. He was 66 years old.
William was born November 6, 1958, in Charlotte, North Carolina, to James Franklin Bailey and the late Elsie Burnette Bailey. He was formerly employed as a cook.
In addition to his father, William is survived by his brother, James Talvage Bailey, and his wife, Margaret. Also surviving are his nephews and nephews, Gloria Lee Bailey, Michael James Bailey, and Jamie Taylor; and great nephews and nieces, Matthew Nichols, Savannah, Joshua, and Kaleb Bailey.
