Carl is predeceased by his brother, George Masters; and his sisters, Geraldine Bell and Frances Bigby.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Beverly Masters; his sister, Geneva Masters; and many other loving, extended family members.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at McEwen Funeral Service - Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Charlotte, NC. A visitation will be held prior from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Burial will follow at approximately 3:00 pm at Oconee Memorial Park, 1923 Blue Ridge Blvd, Seneca, SC.
