Anna Bell “Peggy” Collins, 80, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2012. A lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area, she is survived by her husband, Henry “Buddy” Collins; four sons, eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Ooltewah Cemetery with the Rev. Dale Lovelady officiating. There will be no visitation at funeral home. Arrangements are by the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
