A visitation for Charles will be held Tuesday, February 14, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Chattanooga Funeral Home, Valley View Chapel. A visitation will occur Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 12:00 PM. A committal service with military honors will occur at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
